BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIPS - 2 weeks of hair growth (remember to book reoccurring appointment at least 2 weeks apart) - No deodorant day of for armpit waxes only - No caffeine the day of - Only use gentle cleanser 24 hours prior to - DO NOT Tan (sun or tanning booth) - EXFOLIATE the skin either the day before or two days before - Queen(s), allow 4 days completely off menstrual cycle - Any conditions of skin, skin irritations, blood clots, skin infections/disease *please reach out and notify me * FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. Why wax? With consistent waxing longer-lasting results, removes from the root,slower regrowth, smoother skin, reduced ingrown hairs, finer hair and a gentler exfoliation process. 2. Does waxing hurt? The level of pain can vary depending on factors such as: * Sensitivity of the skin * Amount of hair * Type of wax * Experience of the waxer 3. Are there side effects to getting a wax? Common side effects of waxing include redness, irritation, swelling, bumps, ingrown hairs, pimples, and in some cases, minor bleeding or bruising. Less common side effects are allergic reaction, infection, bleeding, sunburn, and scarring 4. How long do I need to wait to schedule another appointment? Generally, you should wait 3 to 4 weeksafter a wax to schedule your next appointment. This allows the hair to grow out enough (typically a quarter of an inch) for the wax to grip and remove it effectively. 5. How long do I need to wait after a wax? To allow your skin to heal and minimize irritation, it's generally recommended to wait 24 to 48 hours after waxing before showering, swimming, engaging in strenuous activity, or having sex. 6. How long does a refund take? Generally 5-7 business days BUT depending on your bank they may have additional delay regarding the refund 7. How long does my wax last? Every area is different, also depending on you as the client too. 8. Is it normal to have some redness or irritation? Yes it is okay to have some redness and irritation but if continue more than 24-48 hours contact your doctor 9. What are the most painful areas? Generally, the most painful areas to wax include the Brazilian area, underarms, upper lip, and face, due to the skin's sensitivity and nerve density in these regions. 10. Is there anything I can do to make it hurt less? Yes, there are several things you can do to prepare for waxing for a smoother and more comfortable experience. This includes letting your hair grow out to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch, gently exfoliating the area a day or two before, and avoiding harsh skincare products or tanning before your appointment. 11. What if my hair is too long? If your hair is too long for waxing, it can be trimmed beforehand, Hair that's too long can cause discomfort and make waxing less effective, as it may break or make the wax more difficult to remove. 12. Do you offer specials and discounts? Yes we do offer specials and discounts for members only and all clients. What is the proper aftercare process? • Wait 24-48 hours: Allow your skin to heal and hair follicles to close. * Avoid tight clothing: To prevent irritation and ingrown hairs. * Be gentle: Avoid scrubbing or picking at the waxed area. * Stay cool: Avoid hot showers, baths, saunas, and pools. * Avoid sun exposure: Freshly waxed skin is more sensitive to the sun. * Limit sweating: Avoid strenuous activities that cause excessive sweating. • Perfumed products: Avoid using scented products on the waxed area. * Retinols, topical acne creams, bleaching creams, acids: Avoid using these products on the waxed area. * Exfoliating products: Avoid exfoliating the waxed area for the first few days. * We will be also sell aftercare products for $30 (COMING SOON!!)Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation fees are 50% for any no-show or cancellation 48 hours of scheduled appointments.
- Deposits are NON-refundable.
- Over 10 miles of location is an additional $10 charge.
- There is a 5-minute grace period for arriving late. Any minute later you forfeit your deposit.
- Please note, you are only allowed 1 rescheduled session after that you forfeit your deposit and will have to pay another non-refundable deposit for next booking.
- Refunds are given, minus the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit amount.
